Kim Baker believes success in real estate "really all comes down to relationships, they're the most important thing." With a proven sales record in Arizona as a top-producing agent with Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty — and about 90% of her business coming from personal referrals — it's apparent Kim knows exactly what she's talking about.

Kim's emphasis on communication and relationships extends beyond her clients to include marketing partners, too. Kim explains that "photography is the number one, most important component" involved with marketing listings online. "Years ago, I tried another company, and I wasn't happy. The quality wasn't the same. They didn't name the photos, they didn't sequence them, things like that. I just appreciate how TourFactory makes things very, very easy. I've been around long enough to know that you get what you pay for."

"I've worked really hard in real estate and I've received some recognition, but what my clients think about me is much more important than any awards I've received," Kim explains.
