The Legaz Team sells a home every five days and has been averaging more than $32 million in sales annually. Whether their properties are small apartments or multimillion-dollar homes, every listing includes a floor plan and professional photography to ensure they "stand out in search portals" and win the "online beauty contest."
David and Nancy Legaz team up with four buyer specialists, an inside sales agent, an executive assistant and a social media and marketing director to comprise the Legaz Team. Home staging is another marketing tool that helps this team win. Nancy Legaz is a REALTOR® and certified home stager, and she works closely with TourFactory photographers to ensure properties look their best.
